We offer a wide variety of beverage options that will accompany any season with a selection of refreshing waters, zesty lemonades, imported Italian sparkling mineral waters or our comforting warm apple cider.
Whether it’s a warm summer day or a crisp fall evening, our offerings are tailored to suit every season, ensuring you and your guests’ feel refreshed and rejuvenated as you prepare for the big I DO.
Our refreshment center is the perfect pre ceremony addition where you can pause, hydrate, and savor the moments leading up to the ceremony, all within the rustic elegance of the Smith Barn Gardens.

Planning the perfect dinning option can sometimes lead to questions of which is best for your guests and the flow of your wedding. When trying to decide on a buffet or plated option we advise you consult with Vincent Bianco personally but we have some ideas that we hope will make the decision easier.
If your wedding list consists of less than 125 guests you could comfortably serve a buffet or plated meal in a respectful timeframe that won’t take away from dancing and getting the party started. Our average plated meal under 125 guests will run between 45 minutes and 1 hour to serve the salad and meal along with clearing all tables. Our average buffet meal under 125 guests will usually run 30 to 45 minutes.
If your guest list consists of over 125 people we advise you consider a buffet option. The buffet is the perfect combination of quality and efficiency to serve your guests in a well mannered time that won’t take away from the dance floor and fun!
All plated meals are hand plated to order and served fresh out of the kitchen to ensure quality and temperature. Our full service buffet options are constantly refilled ensuring plenty of food for your guests, we also encourage guests to come up for seconds once all tables have been served.
