1. Menu Creation
Every event is unique and your menu should be too. We exclusively offer fully customized menus. Rather than selecting from a preset list, you’ll collaborate directly with Chef Vincent to craft a dining experience tailored to you and your guests.

2. Pricing
We believe creativity should never feel restricted by pricing. Our structure is designed to give you full freedom in your menu choices while maintaining complete transparency.
Grocery Bill
All ingredients required for your event are itemized under a flat grocery bill. There are no inflated food markups. Our cost for premium ingredients like steak and lobster is your cost.
20% Sourcing Fee
A flat 20% fee is added to the total grocery bill. We do not rely on one-stop suppliers. Instead, we source from multiple trusted vendors to secure the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. This fee covers the time, expertise, and care involved in hand-selecting each item.
Prep Hours
As of 2026, our kitchen preparation rate is $75 per hour. This includes all time spent preparing your menu in our kitchen prior to your event.
On-Site Private Chef Service
As of 2026, our on-site rate is $125 per hour. This covers all time spent at your home or venue for final preparation, execution, and service.
On-Site Kitchen Solutions
For larger gatherings where your home kitchen may not accommodate the scope of service, we offer our mobile catering kitchen, a fully functional kitchen on wheels. This option allows us to execute larger events efficiently while remaining seamless and unobtrusive to you and your guests. Availability and logistics are discussed during the planning process.
