We had mashed potatoes and asparagus that were unbelievably tasty. My guests are asking for the asparagus recipe cuz they’re that good. Vinny and his team are amazing at what they do - from the quality of the dishes to the service, you can really tell these people aren’t just doing this for a buck - they’re passionate about it. It shows in the craftsmanship of their dishes - it’s not just run of the mill wedding food, it feels like careful thought has been put into it. They were transparent throughout the entire process about pricing and all the different options we had to keep our spend at a place we were comfortable with, which, if you’re planning a wedding, you are already well aware how valuable that is. Beth, a day-of coordinator who works with the company as an optional add on is really- I can’t endorse her enough. She doesn’t just make clients feel important, but she makes them feel confident that things are going to be sorted out when they need it to be. The truth is, no matter how much prep-work you put into a wedding, you simply can’t get it all ready the day of without help. It’s not possible. Take it from a groom who was sprinting back and forth trying to do just that for 2-3 hours. If Beth hadn’t jumped into action when I arrived, guiding friends and our bridal party to help set up, I’m not sure I would have made it to my own pre-ceremony photos, haha. Not only was the food delicious and the service extremely friendly, Vinny was our go-to when we had doubts. He literally gave peace of mind to us regarding things that had nothing to do with the catering portion of the wedding. That alone was invaluable, but the service really was that amazing. Vinny is all about customer experience - it never felt like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t want, and he even reeled us in a few times when we thought we needed more than we actually did. At first I was nervous because we never did a tasting but I’m not kidding when I say it is the best catering food we have ever had. The caterer for the event was Vincent Bianco Custom Catering. Our dinner included short ribs or chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and caesar salad. The appetizers were bacon wrapped scallops, cheese steak bites and a cheese and veggie platter. The food was delicious! Our guests raved about the scallops which Vincent buys from the Cherry St Fish Market in Danvers. My favorite entree was the short ribs which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The marsala was equally as good - tender and tasty. Our only regret was that I wish we had ordered the charcuterie board. Vincent and his coordinator Beth were a pleasure to work with. They were warm, friendly and incredibly efficient (right down to the clean up). The long story is I am a pandemic bride. When my wedding had to be changed and rearranged I was absolutely lost . I have no interest in wedding planning, I just knew I wanted my husband and family to have an incredible day! We called Vincent Bianco catering because we already knew the food was incredible. What I didn’t know, and what I hope many will read, is that Vincent is so much more than just your standard “show up with food and serve with a smile “ caterer . He talked me through my planning. Made incredible recommendations to help my backyard look like a perfectly set up wedding venue . The day of the wedding when those inevitable jitters set in Vinny and his team were right there for me like they were my own family . Checking on special requests for the elderly members of my family (even making their plates so they didn’t have to get up!) making sure I ate, as well as giving me that final “you look great! Get out there and get married!” That I needed as I walked out. Though they elevated our humble backyard bash to an elegant function they moved with ease amongst family and friends as if we had all known each other forever . Let me tell you that you won’t be disappointed in anything when using Vincent Bianco Catering. Communication about everything was on point. His professionalism and persona was great as well. The food itself... DELICIOUS! We had the Chicken Piccata (dairy free) Rigatoni Marinara (dairy free), Chicken Broccoli Rigatoni, and the Meatballs. Everything was exactly as described on the menu and the quality and freshness of the food was grade A! He was able to handle a Dairy food allergy for a family member. For the small gathering we had of 8 people no one had a complaint! They were happy and satisfied that repeat business will be coming soon! I cant recommend him enough.Posted on GoogleDiane M2122 days agoWe hired Vincent Bianco catering for our sons wedding. Because of the states events caused by Covid , the reserved venue was cancelled. Vincent was tremendous and walked us through every step. He eased any anxieties ,answered all our questions & helped us pull together an amazing menu! All said and done, the best part was the food!! The charcuterie board was off the chain!! Sooo glad I went for this! Scallops and bacon & arancini were raved about which led into a delicious buffet for all our guests. We got countless kudos on the eggplant parmigiana (best I‘ve ever had!~it was delicious!) , chicken piccata ~ caeser salad and shrimp scampi... All the dancing left our guests hungry yet again and boy did they LOVE the sausage cart! A tremendous crowd pleaser and worth the extra expense at the end of a great night!! We even had the guests raving about the rolls! ~” to die for”. Sooo... all in all excellent BUT the eclairs and cannolis were an amazing touch and even better the next day! Such a great menu! Yes, the food is the priority for your guests but we could not say enough about the service! To pull off all that great food is tremendous love and dedication to your job and it was top notch! Vincent was so accommodating and personable. He worked WITH you and did everything to make your event perfect. He was super sweet and patient while putting together the menu and was happy to help with some small customization. We went with chicken broccoli ziti, sausage peppers and onions, wings, and meatballs. Just about all my guests were asking for the name of the caterer after we ate! He also conveniently dropped off the order making the day that much easier. Will definitely use him again in the future. We had steak, chicken, burgers, greek salad, pasta salad and potato salad. Vincent was very well organized, cooking and laying out the spread with all accompaniments efficiently. He brought everything that he needed with him, cleaned up, and took his equipment out with him, making it easy for us to enjoy the party. Vincent is also easy to work with, kind and polite. He was so easy to work with and super flexible with my schedule. The menu we chose was a mix of his menu on his website and some ideas we came up with together, and the food was AMAZING. I'm a vegetarian and loved the eggplant parmesan, which was better than I've had at any restaurant. It was the most popular dish among my guests who all commented on how wonderful the food was. The lasagna was also excellent. Those who ate meat really enjoyed the sausage vinegar peppers and the chicken broccoli ziti. When I initially told Vinny I wasn't sure if I should get two lasagnas, one with and one without meat, he suggested all I'd need is the one without meat and just get some meatballs on the side. When you book with them you're treated like family from the moment they answer the phone to the second they complete your event. Not only is their food incredibly delicious, but their service is second to none. We've now catered two events with them (indoor/evening 50th birthday party for 35 guests & outdoor 30th birthday party/cookout for 125 guests), each one had a different tasty menu & was seamless. With each, Vinny helped guide us to order the perfect amount of food & menu combo. Our guests couldn't stop raving about their meals. It's hard to find good catering & feel comfortable that you're going to get good quality/authentic food made from scratch. Vinny & his team absolutely nail it. Bianco sausages are a staple, and our favorites, but that's not the only food they've mastered -- you won't go wrong with any of their selections. A BIG thank you to Vinny & his team for taking the stress of hosting a party completely off of our plate and making us look good in front of our guests. Everything was handmade. The Greek Salad was the very best I have ever had. His steak tips, turkey tips and sausages with pepper and onions were, bar none, the very best. His service was top notch!! I did not have to do a thing. He set up and broke down without any commotion to our guests or us. I will be calling him again!!!! If you are someone that likes to host like me, than you know its hard to sit back and enjoy your own parties when you are running around serving and cooking. I did not have to worry about a thing! Vinny and his team took care of everything from set up to break down with no cleaning or work on my end. Everyone raved about the food and it was such a huge weight off my shoulders as a host! My husbands 40th birthday, our Summer family pool parties and most recently, my daughter's 1st birthday. Any important family event, we use Vinny to cater it. He provides amazing service and custom makes anything that you want. For instance, I don't like basil and he took the basil out of everything that he made for us. His prices are perfect for my budget and the quality of both the food and the service, is outstanding. Every person leaves our parties asking who made all of the food and they always leave with a "doggy bag". We will continue to use Vinny's services for many years to come.Load more
