LEGAL / POLICY

Pricing includes all food, taxes, shipping, staff, fees described in quote, setup and cleanup of the event space. Biancos does not breakdown the event space, tables, chairs or props. Trash removal service can be arranged at an additional cost. Setup of decorations, props, flowers and lighting will be the responsibility of the client and vendors.

If the client requests the need for rental equipment Biancos will manage the logistics, ordering, setup and breakdown of all rental equipment for a service fee of 20%. This service fee also covers all insurance outside of customer negligence.

All staffing charges are based off of the expected time of the event. Our staff is not responsible for the set up or break down of personal items. A 20% gratuity will be applied to all staff. Please note if your event goes past the time expected additional charges may apply.

Events require a 75% deposit to secure the date of your event. Final payments are due one week before your event. Checks to be made payable to: Vincent Bianco Catering

To provide the highest quality service the client is responsible for the cost associated with the rental set up of a 10×10 or 20×20 catering tent with lighting and electrical outlets if needed.

At Vincent Bianco Catering we pride ourselves on the commitment we made when starting our company to only host one major event per day. This allows us to stay focused on you, your event and the attention to detail. Any cancellations within 6 months of your event will result in a direct forfeit of all deposits. Assuming any client requests our services on the date of your event, your deposit will be requested to be paid in full and will then become non refundable.

Vincent Bianco Catering assumes no responsibility for the conduct of guests, or any hired staff provided by third party vendors. If any conduct is seen as a risk, or liability to Vincent Bianco’s staff, equipment or reputation we hold the right to leave the event at any time and no refund will be given.
